Update: Tory Burch Sample Sale Markdowns Have Finally Arrived

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Update: As of Friday morning, prices have been further reduced across all merchandise categories, but the sale host did not specify what those new prices are. Original sale prices are reflected below and in the gallery captions above.

The Tory Burch sample sale is in full swing, and we popped in right when the doors opened this morning to see what's left from earlier this week (after its surprise early opening). Fortunately, it looks like most categories have been restocked, so there's a ton of merchandise still up for grabs. Unfortunately, it's still all at the same prices — no markdowns yet.

We noticed that a few colorways of the more popular bags, like the crossbody with a chain strap, are sold out. Shoes are looking a little sparse in the smaller sizes, with most styles sold out in 5.5 and 6. Size 11 is sold out in boots and booties, too.

Most of the apparel that we saw from when we checked out the sale on opening day is the same, but we did note that there are way more tee-shirts out on the floor now. We had only seen one style of polo in the size 10 section, but there are now around five styles of tees ($45) available in all sizes. The shearling jackets and vests ($450) still have a high volume of stock, as do all the pants ($85). We noticed a long paisley-print skirt ($85) that we didn't see before, too.

There was no line to get in earlier today, but there was a decent crowd inside. The sale runs through Saturday at 5pm, and we'll be keeping an eye out to see if markdowns come along before that. Check out the Dealfeed below for more details.
