These Barneys Windows Are Kind of Cool, No?

Look at all these spinning shoes. Pretty cool, no? Like, as far as department store windows go? While we're not totally sure why, exactly, Barneys has chosen to create "SpinCycle," a window display in which designer heels, sneakers, and handbags spin around as if in a kaleidoscopic funhouse, on the other hand, who cares? It's fun! Wheee!

"We really tapped into the feeling of summer with a riot of color," explains the installation's creative director Dennis Freedman. Sure! You've got 'til August to see it IRL.
