Lebanese designer (and red carpet favorite) Elie Saab has finally landed in the U.S.—and luckily for New Yorkers, he's chosen Madison Avenue as his gateway. The Post reports that the brand's first American store will be located in a 4,000-square-foot space at 860 Madison Avenue, which happens to be the former home of Juicy Couture.

Saab will be in good company, too—the store is handily next door to Céline and across from Prada, Bottega Veneta, and Tom Ford, a spot which reportedly cost less than asking price ($3.5 million).
