Capitalizing on the crowds swarming the Bryant Park Winter Village, American Eagle is set to open a seasonal pop-up shop just across the street at 62 West 42nd Street tomorrow, November 20th (not far from its Times Square outpost).

It'll be full of the retailer's warm and cozy items like cable knit sweaters, baja hoodies, plaid flannels, and blanket scarves, plus little gift items like fragrances, candles, and coffee mugs. It also will carry its playful dog line, American Beagle Outfitters, and serve complimentary hot cocoa daily through its December 27th run.

And downtown, Marissa Webb has just debuted her first-ever pop-up shop at 104 Grand Street, just across the street from Alexander Wang in the space that housed eyeglass store Facial Index until this summer. Here, you'll find both past and current collections from the former creative director for Banana Republic's eponymous line that's based in NYC, plus some exclusives that aren't available on her website or any other retail locations.

These two brands are the latest in a rash of single-brand pop-ups blanketing the city right now; everyone from Hunter to Dannijo to Lands' End to The Tie Bar has been taking advantage of holiday season shopping to open temporary storefronts, and there will certainly be more to come.
