Earlier this week, Tribeca Citizen went a little out of his way and noticed signage for Maison Close, a highly-regarded French lingerie brand, at 32 Grand Street. Though you can find the brand's lacy goods at some of the city's top lingerie stores — from Journelle to La Petite Coquette to Azaleas — this will be its first stateside flagship, and Maison's website pins an opening to the end of this month.

Even better news? Even though full-priced bra prices here will often push upwards of $70, we can expect to "enjoy Maison Close's sample sales [as] an exclusivity of the New York flagship store," their site reads. Eat your hearts out, La Perla and Kiki de Montparnasse.
