Last fall's rumors were true: Anthropologie is bringing its Peruvian-style ponchos and mismatched teacups to Lower Broadway. The Post reports that come January 2017, the brand will open its sixth store inside the "wedding-cake tower" at Broadway and Dey Street, steps from sister brand Urban Outfitters.

The 15-year lease guarantees Anthro 20,249 square feet on the ground and lower levels, fronted by 40-foot-tall glass partitions and a "galleria" linking the store to the restaurant Nobu, set to open during the same period.
