The Saks Fifth Avenue Pre-Sale Kicks Off With Discounted Bags

Brands like Saint Laurent, Valentino, Gucci, and Prada are among the selection of bags at this season's Saks Fifth Avenue pre-sale, and prices are seriously slashed. While shoes and designer clothing are also among this season's sale offerings, the selection of clutches, totes, crossbodies, and satchels have so far stolen the show. That's likely because, as Madison Avenue Spy reports, they're up to 50% off, and come in a variety of styles and prints.

A Valentino Rocklock Micro Multicolor Camouflage is down to $1,257 from nearly $2,100, and this clutch is down to $387 from $645. The Gucci bags include large and small versions of the Interlocking shoulder bag and are going for as low as $925.

While there aren't any Saint Laurent Sac du Jours on offer in this sale, there's plenty of other options from the brand. And the best discounts are over with Prada, whose bags like this large double-zip tote or this city sport shopper in multiple colors, are half-off and, for some styles, only available in this sale.

It's worth popping over today since customers can now begin taking their pre-sales home, which means you can get your purchases under the tree as soon as possible — or, if we're being honest, into your own closet.
