As if you didn't have enough choices for activewear shopping in New York already—from single-brand stores like Lululemon, Athleta, and Sweaty Betty (opening tomorrow in Flatiron) to boutiques like Bandier and Deka—the city has now been graced with its own Outdoor Voices, a brand that started as e-commerce before opening up its first flagship in Austin.

Their aesthetic is a good compromise for someone who wants his or her gym gear to blend seamlessly into an everyday look, rather than flaunt that "I'm going to the gym after this" vibe in printed leggings and a neon tank. Think two-tone leggings, crop tops, breathable tanks, and cozy pullover hoodies, many of which are heathered and available in several different gray tones.

The shop is technically a pop-up that's running out of the brand's offices at 255 Canal Street as of today, but there's a possibility it could be stretched past its intended summer run. Stop by during office hours or make an appointment by e-mailing hello@outdoorvoices.com to pick up items like The Kit: four essential items that are key to building an activewear wardrobe, packed up in their customized Baggu tote.
