Rouge New York, the makeup studio helmed by makeup artist Rebecca Perkins and actress Stephanie March, is gearing up to double down on Manhattan. The first outpost on Thompson Street has been so successful that the pair are opening another at 220 East 60th Street on the Upper East Side, WWD reports.

The salon opened at a time when there were few places in the city—besides department stores and Sephora—to get your makeup applied. Since then, more have sprung up, and the practice of having your eyelashes professionally applied each morning doesn't sound so crazy anymore. (thanks, Kim K).

As Perkins tells WWD, "The thing about the expansion is we always felt like there is more than one hair salon, there is more than one nail salon, for a while there was not more than one makeup salon, so getting heard and getting understood was our biggest obstacle. And these other companies are only helping us all be better understood."

The new space will open in November—just in time for holiday parties.
