Luxe activewear shop Bandier is on the move (just like its customers typically are). After nearly a year of popping up at 915 Broadway — a large space that was perfect for housing both its constantly-rotating selection of merchandise and fitness classes with the city's top studios — the brand is planning to establish a permanent space this fall that, according to their team, will be outfitted with "a lofted fitness studio" and "a sports bra bar."

We know it'll be on Fifth Avenue, but don't yet know the exact address; we'll update you when we do. [Update: WWD reports that it'll be at 164 Fifth Avenue, near the corner of 22nd Street and right by likeminded brands including Sweaty Betty, Nike, and New Balance]

Meanwhile, its replacement at the corner of 21st Street will likely be Ethan Allen, according to The Real Deal. Sources tell the real estate site that the furniture chain is in final negotiations to take the space that has 4,800 square feet on the ground level, which is much smaller than the showroom they maintain near the Bloomingdale's flagship. It makes sense that they'd want to come to the home goods-replete Flatiron District, since this immediate stretch includes everything from ABC Carpet and Wolf Home to Fishs Eddy and Flying Tiger.
