Mara Hoffman's Sample Sale Will Return With 75% Off Bikinis and Bridal

Truth be told, we were a bit concerned when Mara Hoffman began offering 70% off retail prices on her website a couple of weeks ago—was the annual New York sample sale in jeopardy? But it turns out there was nothing to be afraid of: The boho designer's sale is back as of Friday, June 12th, this time at the Openhouse event space on 201 Mulberry Street.

And it looks like they've saved the best discounts for us, with up to 75% off ready-to-wear, swim, kids, and even bridal. However, that's just shy of the 80% discounts customers saw last year, with mix-and-match bikini separates for $45 (tops) and $40 (bottoms), caftans for $50, dresses both long and short for $100, and special-occasion wear discounted by two-thirds to $500.

Mara herself is known for working this (often hectic) sale alongside her staff, so don't be surprised if you come face-to-face with her once you make it through the line to pay—a line that one of our readers waited on for 30 minutes last year, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to shop.
