Teens, take note: Brandy Melville is headed to Flatiron. The one-size-fits-most retailer that has its imitators around the city has signed a lease for 1,600 square feet at 90 Fifth Avenue, making it its northernmost location in Manhattan (Two other Brandy Melville stores are on Prince Street in Nolita and Broadway in Soho).

The mysterious brand doesn't have any hints on its website or social media pages about when we can expect it to arrive near the corner of 14th Street, so keep your eyes peeled for signage in the coming months.
