Imagine our surprise when, on a recent visit to what is perhaps the most overwhelming shopping experience in New York City, Forever 21 Times Square, we discovered two things: 1) 6pm on a weekday is an excellent time to shop there, as you'll pretty much have the store all to yourself, and 2) Forever 21's shoe selection is really, really good right now.

Here, we've picked 11 of our favorites, all perfect for both warm and in-between weather, and all under $40 (yes, really). And thanks to Forever 21's embrace of athleisure footwear, they're all comfy and walkable—even for NYC girls.
