Still looking for the perfect summer dress? You just might find it at Bird. The indie Brooklyn boutique with shops in Williamsburg, Park Slope, and Cobble Hill launched its first collection of private label dresses in stores and online yesterday, with seven barely-touching-the-body styles that range in length from mid-thigh to calf-grazing and are available in multiple patterns and fabrics.
And with prices ranging from $295 to $345, it's slightly cheaper that Kirna Zabete's Gilt collaboration that launched last month—perhaps because they're made locally in the Garment District? "Our dream fabrics and prints have come to life in this capsule collection of easy and fun dresses," the site writes of what it calls the "inaugural" collection, hinting that there's more to come in the future. Head here to see them all.
