Earlier this week in Gwyneth Paltrow news, the actress's Goop Mrkt pop-up store that's located within The Shops at Columbus Circle was robbed — or, shall we say unconsciously uncoupled — of $173,465 worth of merchandise, later revealed to include fancy jewelry and watches from the likes of Rolex and Bulgari. But all is good in Goop Land, Paltrow insists.

Immediately after news of the robbery broke, Paltrow's mother Blythe Danner called to console the actress-turned-lifestyle mogul over the loss, Page Six reports. But Paltrow hadn't lost any sleep over the theft, simply replying "Oh, Mom, it's ok. It's good publicity." Danner added to the paper: "She always has a good spin on things, and I admire her tenacity and her upbeat message."

Seems like Paltrow has really bought into the old adage that all press is good press, but let's hope that good PR doesn't translate into lines to get into the pop-up for the rest of its run. The Goop Mrkt opened last month and is open until Christmas Eve.
