Don't call it a sale: The fanciest of French fashion houses just adjusted prices in the U.S. to stay on par with the falling Euro, making certain items—jewelry, ties, and scarves—cheaper for American customers.

Mizhattan reports that no, sadly handbags aren't included in the sale—er, price adjustment—but multiple sources inside the company implied that "it's never out of the question if the Euro continues to fall." But there is good news: They're honoring the new prices in NYC stores—even retroactively!—so if you've recently bought an Hermes scarf, tie, or piece of jewelry, bring it in now to see if they'll credit you the difference.

Just how cheap can you score Hermes now? The Collier de Chien leather bracelet, dropped from $1,275 to $1,150, the Clic Clac H bracelet is down from $730 to $660, and the silk scarves have been dropped anywhere from $20 to $110 off original retail prices. In short, these are the kind of "price adjustments" where if you couldn't afford it in the first place, you probably still can't. Ah, well.
