While both COS and & Other Stories separately confirmed their upcoming Westfield World Trade Center stores when their Fifth Avenue locations opened, H&M remained mum on the rumors of their own arrival that have been circling since the spring. But today, the brand's parent company indeed confirmed to WWD that H&M will be there as well.

Well, almost: The paper writes that it'll "occupy 25,000 square feet on a corner with a street presence facing the mall," which is close enough. "The group is the biggest tenant there," added Daniel Kulle, the Swedish retailer's North American president, noting that the three brands together will take up 45,000 square feet.

How could this trifecta be even better? If Cheap Monday gets into the mix: "We want to have some kind of flagship for Cheap Monday," Kulle said. "We want a branding store... something in New York and something on the West Coast." However, it doesn't seem like it'll end up here.

Westfield World Trade Center, a shopping district in its own right equal to nine full city blocks (to be filled with the likes of Apple, Sephora, and the CFDA's pop-up shop), had been slated for a 2015 debut — but a water leak delayed construction, pushing the opening date to the first half of 2016 (we hope).
