Baked By Melissa Is Opening a Gluten-Free Bakery for Fashion Girls

Finally, fashion girls will have their very own bakery in which to declare, "Yes, I did, in fact, eat that (but only because it was gluten-free)." Tiny cupcakery Baked By Melissa told Racked exclusively that come mid-November, the chain's first entirely gluten-free shop will open next door to the existing bakeshop in the Fashion District.

While the menu's still TBD, signage on the new storefront is expected to be revealed tomorrow. We'll be crossing our fingers for some sans-gluten iterations of those awesome evil-eye cupcakes.
