It's COS's first spring with a stateside store, which means New Yorkers have never actually gotten to shop H&M's big sister's spring markdowns—and boy, were we missing out. As of yesterday, select women's and men's items are on sale for between 30% and 50% off, dropping most prices well below the $100 mark.
