What a mensch. After reading about a man's $300 Kenneth Cole messenger bag being stolen in Brooklyn's Atlantic Terminal Mall earlier this month, Kenneth Cole (the person, not the brand) tracked down the customer and personally replaced it, DNAinfo reports.

"We were hoping to ease this individual's misfortune of having lost his computer...(At the risk of being an accessory after the fact)," Cole punned to the website, who learned about the theft through a Google alert set up for his name.

Luckily, the $2,300 Apple laptop inside the bag was covered by the man's work insurance—otherwise, the tech giant might be feeling the pressure to pull a Kenneth Cole, too.
