Steven Alan has been pretty diligent about his quest for Total Lifestyle Brand Domination—in the past few years he's expanded into home goods, handbags, and, most recently, jewelry. But it's the designer's eyewear line, introduced in 2013, that's grown the fastest, which is why Alan is giving it its own Brooklyn storefront.

Steven Alan Optical—the first shop devoted entirely to the brand's sunglasses and prescription frames—opens today on Hoyt Street in Boerum Hill, which is already home to Steven Alan Men's and Steven Alan Women's outposts. The store showcases the label's full eyewear lineup, with prices ranging from $165 to $225, as well as a selection of shades from Thierry Lasry. Now if only Steven Alan could decide on a move-in date for that Williamsburg home goods shop.
