Fact: Fitness is the new drinking when it comes to pre-gaming — or so we just declared right this second — so come get your early party on with Racked editors at ((305)) Fitness this Thursday, September 24th at 8:30pm. This totally free 55-minute class led by Natalia Roberts will combine Miami club-inspired dance cardio moves with fitness drills and high-intensity intervals for a heart-pumping, sweat-drenched good time. Don't forget about the live DJ and flashing lights timed to the music, either.
The studio is located at 18 West 8th Street in Greenwich Village. Students should come in 15 minutes before the start of class to check in, dressed in comfortable workout gear and sneakers and bringing along a water bottle (towels will be provided). You'll store our stuff in self-locking lockers — no padlocks required! — and will have access to the studio's showers in case you want to hit up a real dance club right after.
