Aside from being approached by thirsty humans all day long, the inhabitants of Meow Parlour, NYC's one and only cat café, must now be subjected to humans doing weird poses in their homes: Well + Good reports that Cat Yoga is now officially a thing.

Classes will launch on Tuesdays at 3pm sometime within the next two weeks, and are your basic 45-minute vinyasa flow. "We thought cat yoga would be fun and funny." said Meow Parlour co-founder Christina Ha.
