Apiece Apart Will Have a Store for Fall

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Though it's practically ubiquitous in the city's high-end boutiques — Bird, Steven Alan, and Creatures of Comfort, for example — the much-beloved local indie label Apiece Apart doesn't have an NYC store. But as of this week and into the holiday season, it'll set up shop for a four month-long stint on Broome Street.

Aside from the brand's fall/winter and resort 2015 collections (think tassled sweatersleather off-the-shoulder tops, and oversized coats) the store will also carry home goods by Fog Linen, Oaxacan glassware, and rice baskets from Vietnam. It'll be open starting this Thursday and running through the end of December, but take note: the store's closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
