↑ A Greenwich Village studio priced at $2,500 is in a great location just off of Sixth Avenue. The listing touts the apartment's hardwood floors and new stainless-steel appliances, and while there's no bathtub, the bathroom itself looks shiny and new.

↑ There aren't many photos available for a $2,500 studio at 45-45 Center Boulevard in Long Island City—presumably, the broker is hoping that the building's amenities, which include a private pool and sand volleyball court, will lure renters.
