Baltic Brings Luxe Condos to Park Slope From $920,000

New, 9 comments

Name/Address: Baltic, 613 Baltic Street
Developer: JDS Development Group
Architect: VOA
Size: 11 stories, 44 condos
Prices: from $920,000
Sales and Marketing: Corcoran Sunshine

The developer behind Walker Tower, 111 West 57th Street, and Brooklyn's forthcoming 1,000-foot tower has scaled back the super-luxe charade just a bit for Baltic, the still very nice but slightly more attainable Park Slope condos that just soft-launched sales from $920,000. "Baltic's design is intentionally composed and respectful to the Brooklyn neighborhood," the development's website says. That's reflected in the building's white brick facade and interiors crafted with marble, granite, quartz, labradorite, walnut and oaks. Each apartment will have ceilings up to 10 feet, custom oak floors with dark smoky stain, polished nickel hardware throughout, a Miele washer and dryer, and Nest thermostats.

A few of the condos will have private outdoor space, but all residents will have access to the building's two-level landscaped garden and terrace and landscaped roof deck. Other building amenities include a gym, 24-hour lobby attendant, parking, and—the most Brooklyn of all—an outdoor cinema.
