↑ In Bay Ridge, this cute studio on 71st Street near Ridge Boulevard actually seems like a good deal for the price: $1,300. The galley kitchen is separated from the living/sleeping area, there's laundry in the building, and there's a small storage area in the bathroom. You'll have to live with a mini-fridge, but hey, if the price is right… ↓ There's only one photo available for this studio on 29th Street in Astoria, but it does make the apartment, which is renting for $1,350, look spacious enough. There's room for a bed, entertainment unit, and a fridge.

↓ Let's move away from studios for a bit: In Harlem, this one-bedroom close to St. Nicholas Park is asking $1,350 per month. For that, you'll get a sizable living room, a full kitchen, and a queen-sized bedroom. (And hey, pets are allowed!)

↓ By no stretch of the imagination is this Rego Park pad the "oversized studio" it's billed as. But it is in an elevator building and is asking just $1,350 a month, so that's a win.

↓ This studio in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens comes with charming pre-war details like its parquet floor and molding, but also comes with a newly renovated bathroom (which was hopefully updated after the picture) and new appliances. Its ask? $1,325 a month.

↓ And finally, there's this "sturdy and stylish" Crown Heights one-bedroom asking $1,350 per month. The listing is at least honest about that bedroom, noting that it's "not intended for couples or roommates," but it does have lovely stained-glass windows, so that's something.
