How Much For a Stylish West Village One-Bedroom?

New, 50 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in the West Village
Square Footage: n/a
Maintenance/CC: $617

This week's Spotter apartment has some serious architecture bona fides: It was revamped in 2013 by a prominent NYC design house, which—in addition to replacing the electrical and plumbing systems—crafted a stylish, not in any way over-the-top home. (We could tell you who it is, but that would make it a little bit easier to guess the price.) The materials used throughout are quite luxe, with chevron-patterned oak floors, marble countertops, and a black marble shower. Because it's a full-floor unit, it gets both northern and southern exposures; it's also located on a quiet West Village block, and faces a private garden. The co-op unit also has a relatively low maintenance fee of $617. Knowing all of that, how much do you think it's asking?
