Hint: This Building Once Churned Out Goods for Stylish NYers

Welcome back to Cornerspotter, Curbed's game in which you try to identify the location of a particular building or streetscape in a historic photograph from the Museum of the City of New York. Impress us and your fellow Curbed readers with your uncanny insight into New York City and its past!

The building in the postcard above originally rose on its corner in the late 19th century. Despite never being named a New York City landmark, the massive building remains to this day—though as its surrounding neighborhood has changed in the last century, so too has the structure's purpose.

Originally, it functioned as a place where accessories for stylish New Yorkers were made; after falling into disrepair, it later became apartments. What corner is pictured here?
