What $2,000/Month Can Rent You In New York City

↑ This lovely gut-renovated one-bedroom is located in a Bed-Stuy brownstone, and it's renting for $2,000/month. It has a decorative fireplace, lots of exposed brick, hardwood floors, restored wood-paneling, and a spacious kitchen.

↑ This 450-square-foot Midtown East studio, located between Second and Third avenues, is asking $2,000/month. It has hardwood floors, an enclosed kitchen (not pictured), and air-conditioning. The building offers a 24-hour doorman, live-in super, and laundry room.

↑ On the western edge of Crown Heights, there's a studio in a new(er) building going for $2,000/month. It has a washer/dryer, Juliet balcony, dishwasher, and a sleeping alcove, and the building has a rooftop deck and lounge.

↑ For $1,950/month, there's a gut-renovated two-bedroom in Stuyvesant Heights. The kitchen is very small, but very new, there are hardwood floors throughout, and there is a weird fake illuminated window of brick.

↑ On Mott Street in Noho, this 375-square-foot studio is asking $1,950/month. It has a new kitchen with a breakfast bar, built-in storage, and, unfortunately, tile floors throughout.

↑ Because this Yorkville one-bedroom has a lofted area, the brokerbabble generously calls it a "mini-loft." There is one real bedroom and the raised area can also function as a sleeping space, and the kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated. The rent is $2,100/month.
