What $2,400/Month Can Rent You in New York City

↑ In Bed-Stuy, a third-floor walkup with two bedrooms is going for $2,350/month. It has central air and a rear-facing balcony. Both bedrooms have closets, and look relatively spacious.

↑ In the East Village, a studio apartment on 12th Street is going for $2,395/month. It is most certainly not spacious, but it does include exposed brick and a separate kitchen.

↑ This ground-floor studio apartment in Brooklyn Heights is relatively large, for a studio, and apparently comes with access to a private garden, which is pretty great. It also features crown molding and a decorative fireplace. It's asking $2,500/month.

↑ Pretty deep into Astoria, this furnished two-bedroom is going for an even $2,400/month. It has a dishwasher and a small patio.

↑ In the northernmost corner of Bushwick (basically, on the corner of Bushwick, Williamsburg, and Ridgewood), this open, 700-square-foot loft is asking $2,400/month with no fee. It has exposed brick walls, exposed wood beams, and a new kitchen.

↑ And in Windsor Terrace, a one-bedroom apartment is going for $2,400/month. It's not clear how big it is (so, probably very small) but it does have bay windows, inlaid floors, and crown molding.
