What/Where: 3BR, 1BA co-op in Park Slope
Square Footage: 1,300
Maintenance/CC: $825

"Spacious" isn't a term that's often associated with railroad apartments, but this Park Slope three-bedroom may prove to be an exception. At 1,300 square feet, it's definitely larger than many railroad units: The three bedrooms are accessible via a hallway, and the master bedroom (located at the back of the unit) also connects to an expansive private deck. The "great room" (living/dining room), meanwhile, faces the front of the building—but considering this is located on one of the neighborhood's quieter thoroughfares, that may not be such a bad thing. There's also a basement storage unit, a smaller deck off of one of the bedrooms, and a washer-dryer in the unit. With all that in mind, how much do you think this place is asking?
