At 1,300 square feet, it's definitely larger than many railroad units: The three bedrooms are accessible via a hallway, and the master bedroom (located at the back of the unit) also connects to an expansive private deck. The "great room" (living/dining room), meanwhile, faces the front of the building—but considering this is located on one of the neighborhood's quieter thoroughfares, that may not be such a bad thing.
