When it comes to apartment rentals and sales, Williamsburg is right up there with Manhattan's priciest neighborhoods. But it's also catching up to Manhattan in terms of hotels: The trendsetting Wythe Hotel, open since 2012, was the pioneer of the neighborhood's lodgings, and several options—both budget and pricey—have followed suit. As Williamsburg became practically synonymous with the Brooklyn "brand" worldwide, the tourists flocked in droves, and now three new hotel projects (including the oddly-shaped William Vale, right up the street from the Wythe Hotel) are set to welcome travelers. Given the hospitality happenings in the neighborhood, here's a map of the hotels that are currently there, the soon-to-open, and those in the planning stages.

Wythe Hotel
The Wythe is the hotel that started it all in Williamsburg, with its industrial-chic decor (exposed brick walls, minimalist interiors, and repurposed wooden furniture) and hip hangouts. The hotel has 72 rooms, and today is most prominently known for its rooftop bar, the Ides, which affords incredible views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline beyond. McCarren Hotel & Pool
Formerly known as the King and Grove Hotel, this establishment features 64 rooms and overlooks McCarren Park. The swimming pool is open to the public during the summer for $45 a head for a day pass. The hotel changed names after the owner, Ed Scheetz, rebranded the King and Grove chain as the Chelsea Hotels, putting a spotlight on his upcoming lodging in that neighborhood. [Photo via Facebook]

Urban Cowboy Bed & Breakfast
Just over a year old, this "rustic" bed & breakfast is located on Powers Street, a little bit away from the neighborhood's main Bedford Avenue draf. It features four bedrooms in a townhouse, a separate cabin, and a hot tub in the backyard. The vibe is less Urban Cowboy than it is shabby chic, with a bit wood and taxidermy thrown in for fun. New York Loft Hostel
It might be a hostel in name, but with prices reaching $140 a night, this place means business. Amenities include a gym, kitchen, bar, sun deck, TV room, lounge, a back garden, and a computer room. Pointe Plaza Hotel
Located at the southern edge of Williamsburg, this unassuming hotel, rather cut off from mainstream Williamsburg, has plenty of nice rooms, including standard twins and a suite for five. Prices start at just over $170 a night. Photo via Pointe Plaza Hotel]
Hotel Le Jolie
A self-described "Euro-chic boutique hotel," this spot located right across from the BQE on Meeker Avenue. If you can get past the hum of the expressway, rooms at the otherwise tastefully appointed hotel start as low as $139 a night. [Photo via Facebook]
Williamsburg Hotel
Yes, this hotel has an unimaginative name, but it more than makes up for it with a bar located in…a water tower. The hotel is also the first among the new crop to open with an expected completion date of December 2015. Once complete it will have 150 rooms over seven floors. The William Vale
This futuristic hotel will stand 21 stories tall and feature 183 rooms, 25 of them suites, when it is completed in March 2016. It's named for a Brooklynite who owned property near the site of the hotel at the turn of the 19th-century, according to developers. The hotel will also feature 20,000 square feet of retail, an additional 20,000 square feet of parkland, and a ballroom that will hold 300 people. [Photo via Riverside Developers]
The Pod Hotel
This new micro-hotel is the largest of the new developments in terms of rooms, with 255 of them. It's the Pod Hotel's first Brooklyn outpost, and the rooms—sized at about 100 square feet each—are the same as the ones found at the mini-chain's other branches. Meyer Chetrit's Williamsburg Hotel
Permits were renewed this year for a hotel that has been in the work for sometime now. Plans show a 14-story building with 188 rooms, along with underground and ground floor retail. Also on the ground floor: a swimming pool. The second floor terrace features tennis and basketball courts. Hotel rooms are located floor two through seven, and everything above that are residences. Juan Figueroa's Williamsburg Hotel
Juan Figueroa controls the plot of land at 175 Broadway, which has been rumored to be a hotel conversion for some time now. When plans were first introduced two years ago, the hotel was supposed to be 44 stories tall and have 86,000 square feet of space. [Photo via Oppenheim Architecture]
