What $3,300/Month Can Rent You in New York City

↑ In the Financial District, there's this one-bedroom apartment (with no fee!) in the Crest Lofts, located within a triangular building that went up in 1921. The apartment itself is on the small side, but it comes with plenty of amenities, including a tenant's lounge, a sun deck, and a screening room.

↑ This West Village one-bedroom is located on charming Morton Street, and the brokerbabble talks up its "peaceful views." This could be a good place for an enthusiastic home cook: The kitchen is recently renovated, with stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and plenty of storage space.

↑ In Clinton Hill, there's this two-bedroom on Washington Avenue, "off of vibrant Myrtle Ave[nue]." While some parts look a little dated (check out that kitchen backsplash) the duplex apartment is pretty sizable, and comes with a nice little back patio.

↑ Back in the West Village, this one-bedroom is also on the small side (at 550 square feet), but has a bedroom large enough for a king-sized bed, and a separate kitchen with new appliances and countertops, as well as a dishwasher.

↑ After construction delays and rent strikes, things have been relatively quiet at Williamsburg construction 53 Broadway, and this one-bedroom unit just went on the market. The apartment has an in-unit washer-dryer and a balcony, along with all the usual modern (and maybe useless) amenities, like a game room and a common area.
