This $1.85M Brooklyn Townhome Comes With a Treehouse

New, 19 comments

Can you say "dream home"? This four-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens is so well-designed that it caught the eye of both Apartment Therapy and Design*Sponge. (Considering its owners—author Emma Straub and graphic designer Michael Fusco, who run the design firm M + E, we're not at all surprised.) One of the biggest highlights is its spacious backyard, which comes equipped with an honest-to-god treehouse, along with a custom deck and a brick patio. The century-old abode has been thoughtfully renovated with updated bathrooms and a kitchen with soapstone counters and cherry cabinets. For those in need of a little extra space for their artistry or occupation, the lower level has a studio that can be used as a home office or media room. It's asking $1.85 million.
