This Prospect Heights co-op is quite a gem: It was recently gut-renovated, and has two true bedrooms (on opposite ends of the L-shaped unit), two bathrooms, lots of closet space, and a rather large kitchen with a breakfast bar. It's in a 1920s co-op building where, unbelievably, the maintenance fee is listed at only $1. (Is it a typo? A prank?) It's also located close to transit and near some of the neighborhood's landmarks, including the Brooklyn Museum and Grand Army Plaza. So the big question: How much do you think it's asking?
