18 NYC Stores With Coffee Shops Inside

View as Map

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

You’re busy. We get it. And whenever you have the opportunity to do two activities at once — say, getting a caffeine fix while you're shopping instead of waiting until after you're done — you're going to take it.

Luckily, these stores in Manhattan and Brooklyn (mapped out below from north to south) all come with their very own coffee counters. In some, you can order from full-fledged espresso bars, and others focus on tea and snacks, but each has something to keep energy levels up. Bonus: A handful of these places offer their beverages free of charge.

Check out the 18 highly efficient stores listed here, which run the gamut of merchandise from preppy polos to street style-worthy sneakers. If you know about another shop not listed here, tell us about it in the comments below, and don't forget to check out more coffee shops in New York from our sister site Eater.
