Summer in New York means outdoor markets, but picking which to devote your weekend too can be a bit daunting — and so can navigating the seemingly endless tables of merchandise. Below is a handy breakdown of what to expect at the city's most popular fleas this season, plus the booths to hit first.

Brooklyn Flea

New York’s biggest outdoor market features over 150 vendors with literally something for everyone — antiques, jewelry, vintage clothing, furniture, figurines, and even energy sprays. 176 Lafayette Avenue, Fort Greene.

Queen’s Night Market

Take in a whole host of vendors and performances at this open-air market, which runs on Saturday nights from 6 p.m. to midnight. 47-01 111th Street, Corona.

Hester Street Fair

This downtown street fair offers gifts, lots of food, live music, and workshops all summer long. Corner of Hester and Essex Streets, Lower East Side.

Malcolm Shabazz Harlem Market

Head uptown for a bazaar full of brightly-colored traditional African crafts, textiles, and jewelry, plus hand-crafted apparel for men, women, and children. 52 W 116th Street, Harlem.

Chelsea Flea Market and the Hell's Kitchen Flea Market

These two markets are a place for collectors and hagglers alike looking to shop for the antiques, collectibles, vintage clothing (one vendor specializes in fur coats), furniture, jewelry, and more. 519 9th Avenue, Hells Kitchen; and 39 W 25th Street, Chelsea.
