NEW YORK CITY—It's official. Ayr is stepping out of Bonobos' shadow this year. WWD is reporting that the nearly-two-year-old label has set up shop on its own and raised an estimated $1 to $1.5 million this week. The womenswear brand will soon move into a permanent Noho office that will double as both a studio and a space for customers to make shopping appointments.

DUMBO—After being displaced in Williamsburg, the Brooklyn Flea has a new home down under the Manhattan Bridge, according to Gothamist. Beginning April 3rd, and continuing Sundays throughout the season, vendors will populate Pearl Plaza. "The winding cobblestone streets and mix of visitors and locals is classic market terrain, and train passages are historic places for selling all over the world," Brooklyn Flea co-founder Eric Demby told the blog.
