FINANCIAL DISTRICT—You're going to want to Instagram this. Australian artist Amanda Parer's light sculpture featuring "monumental rabbits, each sewn in white nylon, inflated, and internally lit" will be installed at Brookfield Place from April 17th through the end of the month, according to Gothamist.

SOHO—Construction is wrapping up on the six-story, 44,243-square-foot retail project at 529 Broadway and is slated to open later this year, New York YIMBY is reporting. Still no word on whether Nike will anchor the space that was formerly home to Kiosk and the Baked by Melissa window.

GREENWICH VILLAGE—The Feit store on Greenwich Avenue is up for Architizer's A+ Awards for Architecture, according to WWD. Australian designer Jordan Maise's Installation Two: Volume and Void uses Baltic birch, plywood, and other natural products, and it's pretty damn cool to look at.

WILLIAMSBURG—Equinox will open at 246 Bedford Avenue this fall, Page Six discovered. The gym will be located in the same building as Whole Foods and pre-sales for memberships start in early May. The fitness chain will also open locations in Dumbo, East 92nd Street in May, and Bond Street in the fall.
