SOHO—BoConcept continues its exit from 69 Greene Street on Wednesday, May 4th with a one-night-only sale on floor model furniture and accessories marked up to 70% off retail prices (new items will 10% off). A $50 ticket gets you early entry at 5 p.m. and a free gift with purchase, while the $25 general admission ticket lets you in at 6 p.m. The tickets's price can be applied to your purchase and also includes wine, beer, and snacks — cop yours here.

NOLITA—Celebrate Sebago's 70th anniversary at its brand-new pop-up shop, located at 254 Elizabeth Street. You'll find the brand's latest collaboration with Liberty Art Fabrics alongside classic docksides and handsewn penny loafers. Sebago will be here until mid-August, operating Mondays through Saturdays from 11 a.m to 7 p.m and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

FLATIRON—Shop Title of Work's latest collection of men's accessories and limited-edition artisan jewelry at its penthouse-studio-turned-pop-up shop, running from Tuesday, May 3rd through Friday, May 6th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. each day at 37 West 26th St. [Update: Venus Et Fleur will no longer be available at this pop-up]
