Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

On Tuesday, October 18th, Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing will headline The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s talk series The Atelier With Alina Cho. Rousteing follows Alexander Wang in sitting with the journalist to kick off the series’ third season and plans to cover myriad topics in a short time: reviving the French fashion house, cultivating his trusty Balmain Army (he dressed the most celebrities at this year’s Met Gala), and what it’s like to work-slash-play with the Kardashians — because how could they not come up in conversation?

Tickets start at $40 and can be picked up here. Not going to be in New York City this fall? The event will be live-streamed, too.
