Celebrate G-Star Raw's New Flagship with Pharrell Williams Tomorrow

We first saw "coming soon" signage for G-Star Raw at 475 Fifth Avenue back in March and three months later the denim label will open its flagship tomorrow with a whole host of events featuring new co-owner Pharrell Williams all over the city.

The singer, producer, designer, and mogul (did we get it all?) will criss cross New York on Wednesday visiting G-Star's other locations in Williamsburg and Soho before kicking off the official celebration at 8 p.m. on Fifth Avenue. If you buy something, you'll get to customize it with special G-Star scribbles exclusive to the event, as well as have the chance to win a limited-edition denim kimono crafted from Bionic Yarn, Williams’ company that transforms recycled plastic found in the ocean into denim.

Elsewhere in the city, stop by the Soho location (270 Lafayette St) anytime for drinks and a DJ set from Joey Bada$$ and Kirk Knight that will begin at 4 p.m. Similarly, if you're in Williamsburg (118 N 4th St), swing by for drinks and sounds by Clark Kent beginning at 3 p.m. But if you're really just here to find out where to see Pharrell — and trust me, we feel you — clear your calendar and head to midtown tomorrow evening for a sighting.
