The Manolo Blahnik Sample Sale Returns Tomorrow

Major addition to the week's best sample sales coming your way right now: Manolo Blahnik reps confirmed that its semi-annual sample sale is returning to the Warwick Hotel tomorrow morning (that's Wednesday, April 27th) right down the street from its 54th Street boutique starting at 11am.

Not much is known about this one-day event right now, except that prices will start at $125 and the sale is cash only, so hit up an ATM before you get there.

We can, however, get an idea of what we'll find by looking to past sales. Last fall, prices also started at $125 for simple styles in leather or satin and went up to $550 for to-the-knee alligator boots; and if you're looking for Blahnik's signature heel styles, you likely won't pay more than $200 for a pair.

This sale does tend to favor the sample size 37, though, and don't be surprised if the pickings are slim for anyone who's a 38 and above. And, as always, be wary of aggressive shoppers.

Manolo Blahnik doesn't set a closing time — basically, when the shoes are gone, so is the sale. Getting there a bit before the doors open at 11am is your best bet for snagging a discounted pair in your size, so start sporadically coughing at your desk now to make tomorrow's sick day call look a bit more believable.
