Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

You may want to make room on your calendar — and in your closet — for two accessory-focused sample sales happening this weekend: Haerfest (pronounced Harvest), beginning on Friday, March 4th, and Baggu on Saturday, March 5th.

At Haerfest — which is a joint effort with Craft Atlantica and Naadam — expect up to 80% off retail prices on current season, past season, and sample items from all three brands at 219 Mulberry Street. At the last Haerfest sale, there were backpacks (starting at $195) and document and laptop holders, plus some shoes. And based on the Craft Atlantic items we found at the Ernest Alexander sample sale back in January, we expect to see a wide range of shoes, shirts, and outerwear starting at $45. Lastly, if we had to guess what you'll find from Naadam, we say luxe cashmere — not too shabby, right?

As for Baggu, head to Williamsburg for 80% off retail prices on handbags, including past-season products and samples. Shoppers will also find merchandise from Nomia, Chen and Kai, and BDB. At the last Baggu sample sale, the Standard Baggus were $7 (or three for $20), basic leather totes were $89, and the brand's popular leather drawstring purses were $79.

Be sure to check out our sample sale calendar for all of the details on each sale.
