Stunning Vintage Style from the Jazz Age Lawn Party

This weekend saw the first Jazz Age Lawn Party of summer '16, where the ferry to Governor's Island turns into a time machine that takes revelers back to the Prohibition Era nearly 100 years ago for a day or two of live music from host Michael Aranella and His Dreamland Orchestra, activities like dance contests and a vintage motorcar show, and plenty of St. Germain cocktails.

But the best part about it? Getting to dress the part, of course.

Check out some of the best style we saw at Jazz Age this year — from flapper-style dresses and creative headpieces for the women to bowties and dapper suits for the men — in the gallery above. Looking to get in on the fun for yourself? Purchase tickets to August's party here (some varieties are already selling out, so move fast), and start browsing for your outfit in the meantime at these NYC vintage spots.
