SOHO—In Beyoncé news that does not involve Lemonade, Topshop's video display featuring the singer in her Ivy Park clothing line is upsetting neighborhood residents, the New York Post is reporting. "It's really obnoxious having to put up with a giant Beyoncé on a continuous loop, glaring over and over in my face," one neighbor told the paper.

UPPER WEST SIDE—Joie is opening at 201 Columbus Avenue, West Side Rag noted. The brand already has retail spaces on Madison Avenue, and in the Meatpacking District and Soho.

HARLEM—Uptown shopping will get a little more plentiful very soon. New York Yimby reports that the retail complex that'll house Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, American Eagle, and more is nearly complete at 100 West 125th Street.

UPPER EAST SIDE—Dennis Basso redesigned a chapel at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center after finding it "undistinguished" during a stay there, according to the New York Times. "I thought, as someone who's creative, this needs to be changed," Mr. Basso told the paper. "This should be beautiful, no matter what your religion is. You should walk in and feel like you're in a holy place."
