What to Buy at East of the Mississippi’s Closing Sale in Williamsburg

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

After 15 months at 164 Havemeyer Street, East of the Mississippi is packing it in for good. The Parsons graduate founders of the Williamsburg boutique that featured indie designers from all over the East Coast (guess where they draw the line) are moving onto other projects and officially closing on July 10th, according to its creative director.

In the meantime, you can shop everything that’s left both online and in store — where you can also negotiate for furnishings — starting at 50% off. Below, we’ve highlighted some of our favorite pieces.
