Century 21 Is the Newest American Dream Mall Confirmed Tenant

Adding to the ultimate high-low shopping experience that will be the American Dream Mall is designer discount department store and New York mainstay Century 21. According to WWD, the store is the latest retailer to join the shopping complex's ever-growing roster and will measure nearly 60,000 square feet —that's a lot of space for its stock of high-end ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories.

"The decision to come to American Dream was easy," Century 21 co-CEO Raymond Gindi told the fashion paper. "We're excited about this opportunity that's part of our East Coast expansion strategy."

Century 21 will be located in the New Jersey mall's "off-price district" along with Primark and Saks Off Fifth when it opens in 2017. While we wouldn't bank on too many single-digit price tags here, it certainly won't compare to Hermès or Saks Fifth Avenue, who are also confirmed for the 3 million-square foot shopping and entertainment center.

So that just means shopping here will leave more money in your wallet for the amusement park, the aquarium, the movie theater, the indoor ski slope, the water park...you get the idea.
