TRIBECA—Tracy Anderson pledged to move her studio following a 2015 lawsuit alleging that "the gym's loud noise and incessant vibrations" disturbs residents at its current location, and now Page Six knows where she's headed. A 4,000-square-foot three-level flagship is in the works at 271 Church Street, but until it's finished, Anderson will lead the #tamily in a temporary space at 27 Mercer Street.

SOHO—If you missed the debut of Balmain's first US boutique at 100 Wooster Street earlier this month, it's because creative director Oliver Rousteing didn't want to make a thing out of it. BROOKLYN HEIGHTS—The neighborhood just lost a Banana Republic at 133 Montague Street, Brooklyn Heights Blog discovered. The windows are covered and a sign on the door reads "this store closed its doors, but lots of other doors are open [online]!"
